  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 yearS experience in computer software, hardware, printer, networking, TCP/IP support and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Windows Operating System i.e. Windows NT and above
  • Experience in Microsoft Exchange server
  • Experience in Local Area network connectivity and setup
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL server 2000 and Oracle 8i databases will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in VMWare virtualisation will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


  • To maintain and support Toll Collection System(TCS) in Litrak & Sprint
  • To maintain and support end user systems (E-mail, Internet, Antivirus)
  • To maintain and support end user PCs, servers and Operating System
  • To provide IT technical support on PCs, servers, printers and software applications
  • PC installation, setup, configuration and testing
  • Monitoring of daily servers backup status
  • Updates of anti virus definitions file
  • Assist in software /applications upgrade and deployment
  • Provides on-call/on-site support and problem resolution for systems and applications
  • Coordinate and liaise with IT vendors on software and hardware upgrades and installation
