Bandar Sunway: Two local teenage artistes, Dafi and Diddy, make their pleasant appearance at Petaling Jaya Toll Plaza and surprised the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong users with Hari Raya goodies and reminding them of road safety during this festive season.
Balik Kampung road safety campaign is a part of LITRAK corporate social responsibility and is organised on annual basis during festive season. However, this is the first time it involves local teenage artists.
Dafi and Diddy are also given the honour at ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the launch of LITRAK Road Safety Campaign in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidil Fitri.
“Our hope is that with every road safety campaign organised by LITRAK in conjunction with the festive season would be beneficial and to act as a reminder to all road users, especially the LDP users, to be extra careful while on the road”, said En Sazally Saidi, Chief Executive Officer, LITRAK.
“It is hoped that with the appearance of these two popular teenage artists, it will give more impact to the road users,” he adds.
Apart from the opportunity to be greeted by Dafi and Diddy, road users were also excited with the Hari Raya Goodies handed to them by the artists, which contains traditional Raya cookies, drinks, snacks and road safety brochures.
Approximately 1,000 Raya Goodies will be distributed at all Toll Plaza on Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidil Fitri.
